Boise the 100th biggest city in the Usa!
According to the Idaho Statesman(aka The mistakesman), We are up from 101 to 100. Not sure that is a good thing.
Apparently more people were born than died. As the number of people who moved here and bought a house was slim and none. The prices on Boise Idaho real estate have slipped across the board. More further out(Canyon County and Star) and less closer in(Northend and Bench). But overall we are back to roughly the same prices we had in 2004-05.
