Boise Idaho real estate- Investment properties cash flow once again!
If you look hard enough it seems that you can almost always find a silver lining in the dark cloud over head. With the precipitous fall of Boise Idaho real estate prices, you may once again buy a rental house and expect a little cash flow! Be it single family or multi family the rent prices have remained stable and possibly crept up slightly in the closer in areas. While the prices have dropped. If you had not thought of it or have been sitting on the fence now might be a good time to have look around and see if there is something out there that floats your boat.
With the over supply in inventory and tight money supply, and if you have the down payment, properties in reasonable condition are there to be had. give me a call at 1-888-722-6453 or 208-284-9905.

Boise the 100th biggest city in the Usa!
According to the Idaho Statesman(aka The mistakesman), We are up from 101 to 100. Not sure that is a good thing.
Apparently more people were born than died. As the number of people who moved here and bought a house was slim and none. The prices on Boise Idaho real estate have slipped across the board. More further out(Canyon County and Star) and less closer in(Northend and Bench). But overall we are back to roughly the same prices we had in 2004-05. For the good news see my next post on Investing in Boise real estate!

Morels have nothing to do with Boise Idaho real estate!

But man are they good!
I slipped and fell about a thousand times.
My back was killing me.
Every muscle from my waist down ached.
And still I was grinning from ear to ear!
Apparently the mushroom season is about a month late because they are still popping!
