Mike? He is a long time Boise Idaho real estate agent who has worked hard
representing the interests of hundreds of buyers and sellers since 1990.

Mike was born and raised in the treasure valley and knows it well.
"I graduated from Borah High School in 1982, went to the University of Idaho(87'). At the time my idea of a real job was teaching snowboarding and guided rafting in Sun Valley and Stanley. I spent several summers rafting and driving a "J" rig on the Middle Fork of the Salmon. Got tired of being dead broke and found out real jobs pay the same as tuning skis. The discovery that real estate was for me would guide me for the rest of my time here." said Mike. He married his beautiful wife Erica on a sunny September day in Stanley. They have since created a sunny package they named Noah who is now 12 years old.
Mike has twenty one years of real estate experience and worked together with his parents, for eight years as a member of an award winning Remax team.
Mike's enthusiasm, market knowledge and attention to detail are just a few of the many advantages a client can expect to receive from Mike and Erica Carr. When not working Mike enjoys taking the dogs to hunt, skijor, or dog sled. Enjoying Idaho's unequalled outdoors while rafting, fly fishing, skiing, snowboarding, or goat packing to high mountain lakes. are all favorite pastimes. Erica and Mike have also taken up wine making, their 2010 reisling won a bronze medal when entered into the Idaho state wine competition!
In December 2004 we were forced to
make the very difficult decision to leave our home state of California.
We had a very short time frame to sell our current home and relocate
to Idaho. We contacted Mike & Erica and made an appointment
to meet with them when we were planning our first trip to Idaho. We
met with them four times over the course of 4 months, and they tirelessly
showed us lots of homes. They were very down to earth and dedicated
to helping us find the home that would work for us. Looking back
we can't imagine what relocating would have been like without Mike & Erica, welcoming and helping
us through this difficult time.

Erica Carr
Erica's family moved to Boise when she was a small child. She and her
3 brothers grew-up in Boise floating the river in the summers and skiing
in the winters. Her brothers are now scattered across the west coast,
and her Mother is in the Seattle area.
Erica loves the arts, painting in oil, cross country skate skiing, mountain biking, wine making, and spending time at the cabin in Idaho's glorious Sawtooth Mountain region with family and friend's..
Erica, a Boise High grad (class of 85') completed her education at the Evergreen State College (Washington) in 1993. She spent 12 years in Washington and Oregon before moving back to Boise.
