PROPERTY PRESERVATION SERVICES
When you hire Mike Carr's REO services to handle Property Preservation - we take immediate action to protect & preserve your properties against potential damage, & stop deterioration before it occurs. Mikes timely reo services ensure that vacant & abandoned properties are secured quickly, remaining protected during the default, foreclosure, and REO process.
WINTERIZATION SERVICES A thorough and complete draining of all plumbing and heating systems is done. Then, non-toxic anti-freeze is added to all of the traps and fixtures, the toilets are taped, and a winterization notice is clearly posted.
LOCKOUTS AND LOCK CHANGES All locks are keyed to specific key codes to prevent unauthorized entry. Complete locksmith services are provided within 48 hours.
BOARD UPS Houses are boarded up per FHA/HUD Guidelines.
ABANDONED CAR REMOVAL All vehicles are removed in accordance with local ordinances.
LAWN MAINTENANCE Includes mowing grass, & blowing off of all paved areas including sidewalks, driveways & patios.
DEBRIS REMOVAL/CLEAN OUTS Removal and proper disposal of all debris, interior and exterior of the property. Each room is left in broom clean condition and documented with before and after photos.
ROOF REPAIR & TARPING Roofs are repaired or tarped to prevent further damage to the interior.
