Boise on top again!

This time Number 5, according to the real estate website Zillow. They have declared Boise the number-five best housing market in the United States for 2016.

Boise ranks fifth, with Denver number one, Seattle number two, Dallas-Forth worth number three and Richmond , Virginia number four. Zillow looked at home value appreciation, low unemployment rates and income growth. They are predicting the most appreciation on the bench and in the north end. That said as a whole Boise appreciated almost 10 percent last year. With the low supply and the builders already building about as fast as they can, I would expect appreciation to out pace the 10 percent we saw last year in 2016.It is really hard to find a good home right now. They are either in poor condition, priced like Zillow just placed us at number 5, or they sell in a matter of days. In addition eight out of the top ten Zillow housing markets are all in the Northwest. Again Its a great time to sell!
