In a recent search the least expensive brand new home in Boise was around 300k and the most expensive was $3,500,000 The median price of a newly constructed home was $713,000. As you might imagine there is quite a difference between the lowest to highest priced models or "spec" homes, from laminate counters and vinyl flooring on the low end, to all the top end finishes you can imaging at the top.
