Customized Core Tours- A No Pressure Drive About With Boise Natives! Once you know where you are stay in Boise give us a call and get your tour set up. It is easy, free and a low pressure way to get an insiders lifelong perspective on the City of Trees, Boise Idaho. Mike and Erica’s goal is to help get people who want to relocate to Boise educated on the who, how’s, what’s and where’s about all things Boise. From how Boise grew, to great neighborhoods or how long it takes to get to downtown Boise, the airport or your new office. Great restaurants and where to get your car fixed. Along with other need to know information if you are moving to Boise, like traffic patterns, demographics and school needs. These all play a role in what area of town is the best fit for each and every family we help find a new home. Do you have a S.T.E.M. wizard in the family? Treasure Valley Math and Science is great! What hobbies will you pursue when not working? Do you have friends and family here already and want to be close. Many times the style of home you want or various attributes like mature landscaping and large trees, acreage or a large yard or luxury finishes define not only your lifestyle, but many of these choices may paint you into a corner as far as location goes. Mature landscaping and Northwest Meridian Homes for sale do not go hand in hand. Open floor plans and acreage are the needle in the haystack if you are looking at homes for sale in The Northend or Bench homes for sale.
Mike and Erica realize that we do not sell house’s, but provide a service to educate and open doors. When making an educated decision about which Boise or Meridian home is right for you a little knowledge goes a long way! We would love the opportunity to show off greater Boise to you and yours! It may sound crazy but giving up our time and knowledge is a necessary first step to prove we care and it is beneficial for you to!

Meridian Motels - Hotels
Holiday Inn Express & Suites
This one is right next door to my office! Ask for northside room. Newer with breakfast, pool, it is clean and rated well. Rates Nightly $99-139 a night. 208-288-2060...
Hampton Inn & Suites Boise-Meridian

Candlewood Suites Boise Meridian
This is my favorite in Meridian Idaho. Newer and with easy freeway access, for $10-20 more a night you are further from the freeway and get everything included. Sure Motel 6 and The Sandman 1 mile west are ok at $65 to $70 a night and La Quinta across the freeway would be my second choice at $80 a night. But this one has less traffic noise and everything you could want for a few nights house hunting! Everything in the room you would expect including kitchen and work space. The facility itself offers Wi-Fi, on site self-serve laundry facility, hot tub, fitness center, business center, they even rent mountain bikes! Monthly $70.00 Plus tax.

Eagle Motels - Hotels
Hilton Garden Inn Boise Eagle
Located right on the Boise River in Eagle, this Inn is a great choice for runners and walkers as it is the western end of the greenbelt walking path. Get up early and start your day the 5k way! Newer and much like the homes for sale in Eagle Idaho, the finish work here is top notch. Entering the lobby feels more like Vail or Sun Valley than Boise. While it is not quite the Westin on Maui, it is nice. So if you are thinking of looking for an Eagle acreage or luxury home for sale in Eagle as your next stomping grounds, this might be the hotel for you. However if you are thinking turn of the century Victorian or midcentury modern homes for sale in the Boise Foothills than pick one of the downtown hotels instead! Close to everything from Walgreens to Albertsons as well as many restaurants and lunch hot spots. Zen Bento is great for lunch and a quick google for gourmet restaurants in Eagle will bring up one Italian and one French restaurant that are both top notch!
