Eagles premier golf event is this Friday June 10! Sponsored by the Eagle Chamber Of Commerce you are invited to “ share a day on the links with your business community”. Do not miss this chance to meet, greet and network with business people from the multitude of business that call Eagle Idaho home. I see from perusing the web page that some past sponsors include Title One, D.L. Evans Bank, Wright Brothers construction and even the Eagle tennis Club! Title one is definitely the valleys best title company! If you are going to need the services of a title company to close on your new home you will be hard pressed to find a better one. Their service is over the top! They will even make your frothy whipped double smacked mocha on your way in to sign. Great touch! So don’t forget, when it is time to close on your new home in Eagle… Title One.

Alright enough pay backs for my cream sickle Italian cream soda. We have more important things to discuss, like the long drive competition and the closest to the pin competitions. I am not sure what you win, but in true Idaho business fashion I did glean from the web page that it costs a mere $200 to sponsor this portion of the event. In looking at the web page it appears this year’s big money sponsors are Idaho First Bank, Idaho Power, Mountain West Bank and Washington Trust Bank. The entrance fee this year is $95.00 per player, including carts, greens fees and lunch. Registration begins at 7:00 am and play will commence with an 8:00 am 4 man shotgun start. The web page is a little confusing as of the writing of this the web page still has the venue listed as Banbury Golf Course and the date June 10, 2015. Two years with a Friday June 10. How does that work, leap year I guess. Thankfully I can read as it was last year’s course. This year the event is being held at Shadow Valley. The Chamber invites you to join for a day of fun with friends and colleagues, and lots of prizes and awards! For those of you who have not played Shadow Valley recently I understand they have done a little remodel at the green on number 6 and it is just fantastic.
