Whitewater Rafting!  Buy From Me Raft For Free!

With more miles of whitewater than any other 3 states put together there is something for everyone. From hairy and scary runs like the Murtaugh section of the Snake and the North Fork Of the Payette outside of Boise, to easy class 2  stuff like swirly canyon on the Payette and the Selway below the falls there is something tor everyone. Tubing Bogus Basin February 6, 2016!

Girls Just Want To Have Fun! And According to these two, Hot Chocolate as well!

 

I know, because I made it while they poured it down there squawkers faster than the teenagers! We slid, ate desert dogs and regular old hot dogs, and had a pretty good old time. This is the season before next years rate hike goes into effect. If you are looking for a great family outing here it is. Even the teenagers had fun! The only need to know is that you need to reserve ahead of time!

Boise on top again!

This time Number 5, according to the real estate website Zillow. They have declared Boise the number-five best housing market in the United States for 2016.

Boise ranks fifth, with Denver number one, Seattle number two, Dallas-Forth worth number three and Richmond , Virginia number four. Zillow looked at home value appreciation, low unemployment rates and income growth. They are predicting the most appreciation on the bench and in the north end. That said as a whole Boise appreciated almost 10 percent last year. With the low supply and the builders already building about as fast as they can, I would expect appreciation to out pace the 10 percent we saw last year in 2016.It is really hard to find a good home right now. Whether it is for our great outdoors, low crime rate, over all quality of life, or other awesome amenities, the Meridian and Boise area is a soft target for the content builders who seem to have a top 10 list for about everything.

Boise Outdoors Close, Convenient, Quality!

Skiing 1 hour, check. Rafting 1 hour, check. Mountain biking/hiking 5 minutes, check. Water skiing 20 minutes, check. Camping 1 hour, check. The list goes on, from world class winter kite surfing to sturgeon and bass fishing.

It does not matter if you are a hunter, hiker or mountain biker. Rafter, soaker or big time loafer. It is all within a relatively short drive. For instance undeveloped camp sites along the South Fork of the Payette near Grandjean are to die for. You drive by 4 sections of whitewater from class II to class IV.
